Kitty Love

I don’t own any pets, but I love everyone else’s as if they were my own. It’s like when I hear people talk about being a grandparent: you can have all the fun with them and then give them back. I get to enjoy my family’s pets all I want and then leave. No cat litter, no cleaning up the back yard, no feeding times, no vet bills. It’s a beautiful arrangement.
While at my mother’s today, I was inspired to snap photos of some of my, er HER, kitties. Meet Junior, who was pretty lethargic today. He’s an old kitty so it’s to be expected. Junior has always been a sweetheart of a cat, very laid-back and docile.

Catnaps in the sun… could you ask for a better life?

This is Bubba, also a laid-back kitty. It’s almost as if he was posing for me. I noticed when I took these photos, he had his front legs crossed, similar to how we humans fold our arms.
